Assente sob solo arenoso, a habitação, desenvolve-se em duas cotas, uma voltada ao Atlântico estando a  outra ancorada em terra. Se por um lado se convida, adora-se a vastidão, a luz e o mar nos seus  movimentos alucinados, ora suaves ora revoltos, no outro, há uma recusa da sua influência, um  momento, uma quietude do lugar.  
Toda a leitura da habitação representa o local, os movimentos das marés, a particularidade da luz e a  singela movimentação da areia nas dunas em dualidade com os momentos de privacidade predispostos à  família, em simples gesto de o entender. 
Os materiais são escolhidos e prendem-se com as linhas e forças de cada momento e em cada  característica da sua linguagem com a natureza que a envolve. A experimentação livre destes (dos  materiais) versos força temporal da natureza permitem uma coerência com a envolvente e a sua  sustentação no tempo. 
Deste modo, o material de eleição aplicado para além das fachadas, cerâmicos MARGRES, como o  Kerlite Black e o Linea Open Party LPR1, materiais que oferecem melhor resistência e durabilidade ás  intemperais locais, bem como, pelas suas características físicas e textura, oferecem uma continuidade na  exigência da arquitetura contemporânea. A aplicação destes dois produtos em contraste permite  acrescentar ao desenho os movimentos e salientar a sua dualidade.  
Já no seu interior e pela coerência cromática há uma continuidade através da aplicação do Linea Open  Party LPR1, em várias divisões e superfícies, quer em pavimento como em parede, pois permite uma  leitura limpa e continua do todo. Este material de textura suave e acolhedor permite o tom único,  fortalecido pela quase ausência de juntas transpondo-nos para as dunas. "

Based on sandy soil, the house develops into two dimensions, one of which faces the Atlantic Ocean  whereas the other is anchored on land. On the one hand one , one loves the vastness, the light and the sea in its hallucinatory movements, at times gentle at times rough while on the other hand there a refusal  of its influence, a moment , the quietness of the place. 
The interpretation of the house represents the location, the movements of the tides, the particularity of the  light and the simple ripples in the sand dunes in duality with the moment of privacy offered to the family in  a simple gesture of understanding it. 
The materials chosen , relate to the lines and forces of each moment and in each characteristic of its  language with the nature that surrounds it. The free experimentation of these materials versus temporal  force of nature allows a coherence with its surroundings and its support in time.  
Thus, the material supplied, in addition to the facades, MARGRES ceramics, such as Kerlite black and  linea open party LPR1, are materials which offer better resistance and durability to the local weather  conditions as well as for their physical characteristics and texture which in turn offers the continuity of the  requirements of contemporary architecture. The application of these two products in contrast allows you to  add to the design the movements and highlight their duality. 
In the interior and for a chromatic coherence there is a continuity through the application of the Linea Open  Party LRP1 on various divisions and surfaces, both on floors and walls which allows a continuous flow on  the whole. This material of a soft and cosy texture permits an unique tone strengthened by the almost  absence of joints transposing us onto the dunes."
