Elabora estudos e projectos de arquitectura para todo o território nacional, desenvolvendo e coordenando todas as fases de Projecto, constituído por profissionais através de parcerias, incluindo arquitectos paisagistas, engenheiros civis e engenheiros técnicos para o desenvolvimento das diversas especialidades.
