All photographs and images created by Ivo Tavares Studio are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of Ivo Tavares Studio. The images are licensed for various uses that are described in our quotes and cannot be reproduced, modified or distributed without our prior written consent.

Prices and Payments

The prices of some of our services and products are described on our website and are subject to change without notice. We require a deposit to secure your session or event date, with the remaining balance due at or before the time of service. We accept payment in cash, credit card, mbway, ATM reference or other payment methods described in our proposals or website.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session or event, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that things arise and will do our best to work with you to find a suitable alternative date and time. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future session or event if advance notice is provided. If you cancel after the grace period, you will forfeit your deposit and will be asked to schedule a new session with a new deposit.

Liability and Indemnity

We will not be responsible for any damages, losses or injuries resulting from the use of our website or services. You agree to hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of our website or services.
