Casa do Alpendre, designed by Vasco Burnay Arquitectura, stands out as a striking pink house in Vila Franca de Xira. Through a clever L-shaped layout, the villa shields itself from its industrial surroundings to open southwards, creating a luminous courtyard where the long porch meets the pool.
In Esmoriz, Mimosa House by Pedro Henrique Arquitecto pairs robust materials like concrete and corten steel with the lightness of glass, standing out for its central courtyard where a circular opening frames the sky above the pool.
Casa A, designed by L2C Arquitetura in Braga, is a concrete house on a steep site, defined by horizontal planes that adapt to the slope and open toward the landscape.
House SM by Mário Alves Arquitetura is a brown zinc house in Ílhavo that reinterprets vernacular architecture and blends with the surrounding vegetation, creating continuity between interior and exterior.
Casa Corten, by HPA Arquitetura e Investimentos, with green roofs and rust-colored tones, prioritizes sustainability. Corten steel, concrete, and walnut wood shape a house that embraces time and connects with nature.

House M by Risco Singular wins Platinum Winner at the Houzee Awards 2026
O projeto House M, do atelier Risco Singular – Arquitectura, foi distinguido com o Platinum Winner na categoria Habitação Unifamiliar dos Houzee Awards 2026, um prémio internacional de arquitetura organizado pela Architecture Collection.
Este é já o segundo reconhecimento internacional atribuído a este projeto — uma distinção que reforça a qualidade arquitetónica, o rigor conceptual e a execução desenvolvida pela equipa constituída pelos arquitetos Paulo Costa, Sónia Abreu, Cláudia Alves e Simão Lima.

The House M project, by Risco Singular – Arquitectura, has been awarded the Platinum Winner in the Single-Family Housing category of the Houzee Awards 2026, an international architecture award organised by Architecture Collection.
This is the second international recognition received by this project — a distinction that reinforces the architectural quality, conceptual rigor, and execution developed by the team of architects Paulo Costa, Sónia Abreu, Cláudia Alves, and Simão Lima.
