We, as an architectural photography service in Portugal, primarily work with architecture studios, but we also collaborate with builders, investors, property owners, and brands related to the construction and architecture sector. Our images are used in portfolios, websites, architecture magazines, and project presentations, helping our clients showcase their work professionally.

We primarily photograph architecture projects in mainland Portugal and the islands (Madeira and Azores), with a special focus on Portuguese architects and their works. We also accept international projects and are always open to creative challenges, ensuring each session is tailored to the project’s needs and local conditions.

Although we have reference prices, each project is assessed individually. To receive a quote, please send the following to Cátia’s email: catia@ivotavares.net – project floor plan, location, a few photos of the space, and your tax ID (NIF) for client registration. This allows us to evaluate your project and provide the best proposal for the session.

The cost of a photography report depends on the project size, the purpose of the images, and the number of spaces to be photographed. Sessions start at €950 for small half-day projects. VAT and possible logistical expenses are added. Send us your project details by email for a personalized quote.

Once the session date is scheduled, taking into account weather conditions and everyone’s availability, we will provide guidance for optimal results. Typically, the space should be clean, organized, accessible, and all equipment or areas should be functional.

Yes. Architects often appear as models or assistants, and homeowners can participate if allowed. If the budget allows, we can hire professional models to enhance the images and create dynamic scenes while keeping the focus on the architecture.

The duration depends on the project’s size and complexity, the number of spaces, and lighting conditions. Typically, a session lasts between half a day and a full day. Larger projects or multiple buildings may require more time to ensure all areas are photographed with the best light and composition. We assess each project and propose the optimal approach.

After the session, we carefully select and professionally edit the images. We adjust color, light, perspective, and small details to highlight the space and convey its intended atmosphere. The final images are ready for portfolios, websites, architecture magazines, and social media, while always preserving the authenticity of the project. Complex edits are discussed and quoted separately.

We are not a communication agency, but we can support projects in reaching journalists and end clients. The effectiveness of dissemination depends on the project quality, the architecture studio, and media interest. Our main focus is always on producing high-quality images that showcase the architectural project and naturally increase its visibility.
