Yes. Each print is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, stamped with our white seal and hand-signed by photographer Ivo Tavares on the lower border.

Since each photograph is exclusively printed and dedicated to your order (Print on Demand), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. However, customer satisfaction is our priority; if the print does not arrive in perfect condition, we will promptly resolve the situation.

If, for any reason, your artwork does not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within the first 48 hours of delivery (loja@ivotavares.net). We only ask that you attach some clear photographs of the package’s condition and the damage to the print. After our assessment and validation, we will proceed with resending a new artwork at no additional cost.

We ship orders to Portugal (mainland, Azores, and Madeira). We also ship to mainland Spain and a large part of Europe (including Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, among others).

For mainland Portugal, shipping costs are free. For the Azores, Madeira, and other European countries, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, before you finalize your order. You can find more about this on the customer support page.

Our artworks are meticulously made to order with the utmost attention to detail. After payment confirmation, production takes approximately 5 business days. Shipping via carrier adds 1 business day for mainland Portugal, and between 3 to 7 business days for the Islands and Europe. You can see more details on our customer support page.

Please note peak seasons: during Summer and Christmas periods, or weeks with holidays and extended weekends, production time in the studio and transit time for carriers may increase due to high global order volumes. If you wish to receive your artwork on time during these periods, we strongly advise placing your order well in advance to avoid unforeseen delays.

To ensure artworks arrive completely intact, the vast majority of formats are shipped in flat, highly rigid packaging, using Eska board panels (cardboard made from 100% recycled paper). The exception is our largest format (70×100 cm). To ensure its safe transport, this specific size is carefully protected, rolled, and shipped in a high-resistance rigid box or tube.

Extra weather protection: As cotton paper is sensitive to humidity, during months when weather conditions are more adverse, all our packages are sealed with a waterproof protective film (stretch film). The cost of all this careful packaging is free for you.
