SHIPPING AND LEAD TIMES
All prints are meticulously produced in Portugal within an average of 3 business days.
Important note: during peak seasons, such as Summer and Christmas, or weeks with holidays and extended weekends, production time may increase due to the volume of work at the studio. If you want to ensure delivery of your artwork during these festive periods, we advise placing your order well in advance.

After the production period, the following transit times apply:

Delivery safeguard: The indicated transit times are estimates communicated by our partner carriers. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays that occur due to logistical reasons beyond Ivo Tavares Studio’s control, such as holidays, extended weekends, or the usual distribution peak observed during the Christmas season.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Since we do not maintain stock and each photograph is printed exclusively and dedicatedly for each client (Print on demand), we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. However, we are entirely focused on quality. If a print arrives with any anomaly or if the packaging is damaged during transit affecting the artwork, please talk to us! Contact us within the first 48 hours via email at loja@ivotavares.net, attaching clear photographs of the print and the packaging. We will promptly assess the situation and, if damage is confirmed, we guarantee immediate replacement of your artwork, without any additional cost.
