"Floret – Oficina de Arquitectura is an office that provides consultancy and design services in the field of rehabilitation and architecture since 2001, having developed around 60 urban rehabilitation projects until 2014, almost all of them located in the city of Porto and carried out the survey of more than 300 buildings in the Historic / Baixa Zone and developed strategic documents for the rehabilitation of several blocks. The company's culture favors collaborative creation processes and the occasional integration of visiting architects who develop their work in collaboration with the resident team, as well as occasional partnerships with other offices. In addition to project activity, the workshop regularly organizes exhibitions, seminars and "open work" sessions with a special focus on heritage and environment themes."
