The LOOP Design Awards 2024 celebrated the talent of several Portuguese studios, honoring six standout projects. Atelier d'Arquitectura Lopes da Costa won in Architecture | Transportation with the Lourosa–Fiães Transportation Interface and in Architecture | Industrial Buildings with Steelform. Paulo Martins Arquitectura & Design was distinguished with Park House in Renovations and Mercantel in Hospitality & Hotels. Additionally, Em Paralelo was awarded “Citation Winner” for the OROPOL Industrial Unit in Industrial Buildings and Em Paralelo to the Balcony in Offices. These awards underscore these studios' dedication to elevating Portuguese architecture both nationally and internationally.
